I'm a painter and weaver based in Oakland, CA. My work is inspired by silliness, embarrassment, and guilty pleasures: moments that belie performances of coolness or detachment. A reverence for meticulous processes also plays a key role in my work. I uses hand-controlled methods on the floor loom to create intricate patterns and typography in my weavings, and I hand-weave the canvases for my paintings.

I graduated with my MFA from the California College of the Arts in 2022. Prior to CCA, I studied Psychology and Gender, Women, & Sexuality Studies at the University of Washington.
